These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the br99 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on br99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered br99 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
18+ Age Requirement
br99 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Age verification is required during KYC and at any point at the platform's discretion. Underage accounts will be closed immediately and any funds returned to their verified source.
Secure & Fair Play

BDT Wallet Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the br99 website at br99.bet, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or otherwise using any feature of the br99 platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with any additional policies, guidelines, or rules referenced herein, including br99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and br99 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms set out in this document, you must immediately cease use of the br99 platform and, if you have an existing account, contact [email protected] to arrange its closure.
1.1 Languages and Interpretation
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency in translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. The headings used throughout this document are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
1.2 Capacity to Contract
By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party unless expressly authorised in writing by br99, and that you understand the risks associated with online gambling and are choosing to use br99 of your own free will.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
The br99 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. br99 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual natural person and not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity unless specifically approved in writing by br99.
- You have not previously been excluded from br99 or had your br99 account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of br99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You are using br99 for your own personal entertainment and are wagering funds that belong to you and that you can afford to lose.
2.1 Age Verification
br99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Where age verification is pending, br99 may temporarily restrict account functionality including withdrawals until verification is complete. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and any deposited funds returned to the verified funding source after deducting any winnings generated by underage play.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions
br99 is operated for and primarily directed at players residing in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction. br99 makes no representation that the platform is legal in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players accessing br99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access the full range of br99 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Any attempt to create duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
3.1 Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. br99 relies on the accuracy of registration information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate important account notices. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
br99 operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with standard platform security and anti-fraud practices. All players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal and may be required to complete KYC at any other time at br99's discretion. KYC documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months showing your registered address, and a selfie photograph. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in the name that matches your registered br99 account.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your br99 account login credentials at all times. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any other person. br99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify br99 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication
br99 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code in addition to your password each time you log in. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in the account security settings panel after login.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the br99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). br99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at br99's discretion.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on br99 is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposits unless otherwise communicated for specific payment methods. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your br99 wallet within two minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution. br99 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees independently of br99.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal on br99 is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit funds into the same br99 account, subject to KYC verification status. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days. br99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud indicators are present.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be complete and approved; (b) any bonus funds applied to your account must have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable; (c) your account must not be subject to any active investigation, restriction, or hold; and (d) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified available balance after deducting any pending wagers.
4.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. br99 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after providing prior notice to the registered email address. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected]. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will not be forfeited unless required by applicable law or platform policy as updated from time to time.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on br99. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may apply in addition to these general rules and are published within the relevant sections of the br99 platform interface.
5.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on br99 are subject to acceptance by the platform. br99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where: a technical error has affected the display of odds or game outcomes; a bet is placed after the event has commenced in circumstances where in-play betting is not available for that market; the bet amount exceeds the maximum permitted stake for the relevant market; or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, match-fixing, or abuse of platform systems.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, game type, and account status. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. br99 may adjust stake limits for individual accounts at any time without prior notice where the account's betting patterns are deemed inconsistent with recreational play.
5.3 Casino Games
Casino games on br99, including slots, live casino tables, and RNG table games, are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules published by the respective game studio. 5.4 Void Bets and Cancelled Events
If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, cancelled, or otherwise fails to produce a result within the timeframe specified in br99's sport-specific rules, bets placed on affected markets will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned to the player's br99 wallet. Specific rules for common scenarios — including cricket matches interrupted by weather, rain-rule reduced matches, and walkovers — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the br99 platform.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
br99 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered in addition to these general bonus terms.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a br99 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on br99 bonus funds is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. Only wagers placed on eligible games and markets contribute toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and slots may contribute at different rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
br99 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing qualifying bets in a manner designed to guarantee fulfilment of wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting" within the context of promotional terms); and providing false information to obtain a promotional offer. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be subject to suspension.
6.3 Expiry of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of the promotion will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. The standard validity period for br99 bonus funds is 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified. Players are encouraged to check their account balance and bonus status regularly to ensure active offers are utilised within their validity window.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the br99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances, as well as referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Using false identity documents, providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation.
- Money Laundering: Using br99 as a vehicle to launder funds obtained through illegal activity. br99 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and will report suspicious financial activity as required.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or br99 staff members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploitation of System Errors: Deliberately exploiting software glitches, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to obtain winnings that would not have been available under correct operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through system errors are void and will be reclaimed.
- Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or play casino games without manual human input, unless expressly permitted in writing by br99.
- Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to br99 by any person under 18 years of age.
- Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargeback requests with a bank or payment provider for deposits that were validly made and used on the br99 platform.
This list is non-exhaustive. br99 reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether any conduct not listed above constitutes a breach of these Terms and to take appropriate action accordingly.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
br99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons, without limiting any other rights br99 may have under these Terms:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
- A court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring account suspension or closure.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
- Account inactivity as defined in Section 4.4.
8.1 Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, br99 will process any verified available balance back to the player's confirmed payment method after deducting any amounts owed by the player to br99. Accounts closed voluntarily by a player will not be subject to administrative closure fees unless the account meets the dormancy criteria outlined in Section 4.4.
8.2 Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including a concern that gambling is becoming a problem — may request a self-exclusion closure. Self-exclusion closures are permanent by default and prevent re-registration for the self-exclusion period selected. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, br99 shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the br99 platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses incurred as a result of gambling or betting activity on the platform.
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance periods.
- Unauthorised access to a player's account where the breach resulted from the player's failure to secure their credentials.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.
- Errors in odds displayed due to data feed failures from third-party sports data providers.
9.1 Platform Availability
br99 endeavours to make the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable. br99 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of inability to access the platform during maintenance windows or unplanned outages.
9.2 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through br99's internal complaint resolution process should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. br99 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
10. Amendments to These Terms
br99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights or obligations — br99 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending an email to the address registered on the affected player accounts.
Minor changes such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to reflect changes in payment method availability may be made without advance notice. The current version of the Terms is always the version published at br99.bet/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
10.1 Continued Use as Acceptance
Your continued use of the br99 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using br99 and may close your account by contacting [email protected]. Closing your account after an amendment does not entitle you to any compensation; your available balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method in the normal course.
